My intention was to use it as facial mask and wash it off before taking a shower. I applied it 15 min. before shower time. As soon as I put it on my facial, avoided eye areas, my eyes felt stinging and began to water. My skin felt very tight after only 5 min., so I had to jump in the shower. I gave this product about 5 other tries, applied on my legs, feet, arms. But again, it made my skin very dry and tight. Not sure how others said it's moisturizing?!! The best source is to own an aloe plant, but the plant is poisonous to my pets. This is a decent alternative. My face is prone to acne and so far aloe vera gel is the best moisturizer that I have found. It doesn't clog pores and light.
