I used this to treat toenail fungus on my big toenail. I'd never had it before so I wondered why the nail was turning white, thick, and finally started to come detached on one side! After figuring out what it was, I researched and learned the active ingredient in FungiCure is the highest recommended.

The trick is to work it as far UNDER the nail as you can, it won't work if you just paint it on the surface. I worked it under the nail and applied a bandaid to cover it up and keep the medicine where it belonged, not absorbed by my socks or bedsheets. I also used an emory board to scrape off dead nail to get to the layers underneath.

It took about a year for the healthy nail to grow all the way out, but it looks great and I apply the FungiCure as a preventive measure about once a week.

I purchased this product to treat a toenail and fingernail fungus. The package prominently displays before and after pictures of an infected toenail. On the top of the box it states that it is for the treatment of, among other fungi, nail fungus. After using it for some time with not much if any result. I reread the bottle and the bottom of the box and it states the this product is not effective against nail fungus. Well, could this company contradict itself any more.

Comments about FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment, 1 fl oz:

I use it on fingers and toes morning and night first to cure nail fungus now as a preventative measure so it doesn't happen again. To use it once in the morning and once at night is a very easy way to fingers and toes from nail fungi.

Comments about FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment, 1 fl oz:

I service Alot of elderly clients, which have a hard time caring for their feet. So alot of times bacteria cause fungus. With regular use of this product over a period of time, I have been able to get rid of some really bad cases of fungus on fingernails and toenails. This is not an overnite fix. BUT it DOES work. GREAT

I picked up a toe fungus where I get my pedicures 2 years ago. I tried many types of cures including this. I was VERY diligent about putting it on very carefully every night. No results. Finally went to a Dr & got prescription Lamisil. I was given 3 month supply 2 different times. Finally got a 6 month supply & hope this takes care of it. I could see some improvement after the 3 months, but it has to be all the way clear or it will come back. Don't waste your time or money on topical cures. I've also tried Tea Tree Oil....doesn't work either. I can't wait to get a REAL pedicure again (at a different place that is more sanitary)

I have tried everything for the past 9 months. This product has cleared this unsightly green fungus under my nail bed. I went to get a pedicure one day and the next visit the whole toe-nail was green. In just 2 weeks I see the green has almost disappeared. I was embarrassed by this ugly toe-nail since I wear sandals all summer long. PLEASE TRY THIS I used the maximum strength 25%u acid.
I recommend this I am satisfied after 2 weeks. I had this ugly nail for months.

The product is mostly alcohol. I have used other products such as known creams and see results in just a few days. I saw no results at all with this product. It's just a bottle of alcohol sold at a high price. Don't let this people waist your presious time and money.

                FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment

                 – Fungal infections that affect the finger and toe nails are common. Treating any given infection can be difficult, however, because of the range of different fungi that can infect the nails. FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment contains ingredients capable of killing six different types of fungal infection, including ringworm and athlete's foot. It can treat common fungal infections of the fingers and toes, including those that affect the skin, nails, and the region under the tips of the nails. If you can reach the infection with the applicator brush, then FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment can help.

                What Is a Fungal Infection?

Fungi are living organisms in the same family as yeast and mold. They live in the natural environment, generally in dark, damp locations, and survive by absorbing nutrients from the surfaces on which they grow. Humans can pick up fungi from animals, other people, or from surfaces on which the fungi live.

                Symptoms of a Fungal Infection

Typical fungal infections that affect the body's surface fall into three categories: those that affect the skin and hair, those that affect the skin and nails, and those that affect all three. Ringworm and athlete's foot are the two most common fungal infections and they commonly affect the hair, skin, and nails. Itching, scaling, cracking, burning, redness, soreness, irritation, and discomfort of the affected area are all common. Nails will often become cloudy, thickened and brittle. In some cases, nails will also take on a yellow, green, or brown discoloration.

How FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment Works

Undecylenic acid is the active ingredient in FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment. It is widely recognized as an effective agent against fungi because it kills the organism and also prevents it from spreading into surrounding tissue. Undecylenic acid is most effective when applied directly to the fungus. FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment also contains Aloe vera gel to help soothe the injured skin and vitamin E to promote healthy nail growth. Topical FungiCure Anti-Fungal Liquid Treatment has none of the side effects of oral anti-fungal medications. If you suspect you have a fungal infection, talk to your doctor and ask if FungiCure is right for you.
