I bought these because they had a lot of the ingredients that I wanted. However, I was in no way prepared for the smell. They have a fishy kind of smell to them which is so bad I had to put saran wrap around the opening to seal it and I kept them in the bathroom. It was very strong. It doesn't say that there are any fish ingredients so I don't know where the smell comes from. I stopped taking them because I couldn't take the odor anymore.
I also didn't like how "processed" they were. They have a shiny coat on them and they are extremely hard. I wouldn't buy them again. They also didn't really give me any energy, so I don't know how effective they actually are.
