I have major issues with gas. (I try to blame my husband when we're out in public. LOL) The healthier I eat, the worse the gas. I've tried lots of different enzymes and they've all worked to some degree, but I really like these. I take one every morning before breakfast. And if I'm going to eat something that I know is gas-forming (like broccoli) then I will take another one before that meal. I am happy to say that my husband no longer gets dirty looks out in public!
