I had a blood clot in my leg due to a medical condition at the age of 45. I have been wearing these stockings ever since then at the direction of my physicians and they almost become addictive they feel so good. Highly recommended!
I wear these daily to work, play and around the house due to a blood clot in my leg ~3 years ago. They do the job however they are too expensive especially considering they wear out so quickly. Unfortunately, there is nothing better out there then these. My wife is a seamstress and she has replaced the toe with a stronger more durable material (constant holes in big toe area) and also the top leg band (constant slippage as band not quite wide/strong enough to hold in place) with something wider and stronger. These changes has improved the sock tremendously. But, like I said, you canot find anything better or at least I cannot.
My husband's leg was swollen after a blood clot and the stockings were recommended by our doctor. The stockings improved his circulation and reduced the swelling. They are available at most drug stores and wear well. He is satisfied with this product.
