Usage: This Futuro® Comfort Lift™ Knee Support is designed to provide support to stiff, weak or injured knees. Wear during activities which lead to discomfort.
Size: Male or female, measure around kneecap for correct sizing.
Small - 12.0 - 14.5 in (30.5 - 36.8 cm)
Medium - 14.5 - 17.0 in (36.8 - 43.2 cm)
Large - 17.0 - 19.5 in (43.2 - 49.5 cm)

I use 2 of these while doing a water exercise class twice a week. They keep my patella in place and elliminate most of the swelling that was happening before I started using them. Was VERY pleasantly surprised

I am a 5'4" 115lb girl, and I don't think I have large legs. I got this in medium to be on the safe side. However when I had it on, after 30 mins or so, the brace became uncomfortable, itchy and felt like it was limiting blood flow through my knee/leg. I understand that the brace should be tight enough to support your knee, but I found it ineffective.

This product went in the garbage can and I am out [$]. I measured my knee carefully and it measured 15 in. Since medium should fit knees between 14.5 to 17 in, I ordered that size. I would be dead from lack of circulation if I actually wore it. What a waste of money. This is the first and last time I would order something like this online.

This is indispensable for runners. I use it every time I run, 4-7 times/week. It prevents knee soreness and weakness and is not too warm, even in a semi-tropical climate. Highest recommendation!

Great knee support. I gave it five stars because I like the fabric and the support. It's not all bulky like some supports. Also the beige makes it easier to hide it under clothes. I also have to have padding over the knee instead of the exposed knee some offer. I have it on right now - have worn it all day and it's comfortable. I didn't look at their size chart so can't offer help on that. They may run small but I have never seen an over the counter brace that doesn't.
Slide support over knee. Position kneecap in patella panel.
Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
