Have tried several other wrist braces and these are the best! Only down side - difficult to slide over hand.

Good for half-day use
If you are injured/prone to inflammation, have a friend undo the velcro straps for you. The velcro is very strong, but that means it is quite difficult to take apart.

These are my "vanity splints." I like using these supports when I drive and go shopping. They are not as ugly as some, and they keep me from re-injuring myself with everyday tasks, such as turning corners, whether in a car or with a shopping cart.
Because they itch me after a while, I tend to take them off as soon as I get home and put on smaller, better lined ones that are less attractive. (In addition, my occupational therapist advised me to not wear long splints while doing keyboard work (lest I develop elbow/upper arm trouble), so I tend to wear simple wrist band splints around the house.)

I got carpal tunnel during pregnancy and my hands hurt so bad while i was trying to sleep. The first night that i wore these, it alleviated my pain. I still have numbess and tingling in my fingers during the day (when i am not wearing the braces), but they have made a huge improvement in my sleep.

I find this size wrist brace difficult to find in stores, so I am thrilled to be able to find it here. Actually, I remove the metal support and throw it in the wash and let it air dry and it does great. It will wear out after a year or so, but I keep one at work and one at home and wear it to do housework and gardening, not just computer work. I sleep in it, too. I believe it is keeping my carpel tunnel symptoms from getting worse.

I use this for carpel tunnel. Use it daytime on the computer and also sleep with it on at night. I've tried other brands, but none compare to Futuro. It is a very comfortable brace, the best I've found.

The padding on these wrist braces makes them very comfortable for nighttime wear. Never stylish, but who cares if they help your carpal tunnel syndrome!

I have used these products nightly for several years for carpal tunnel. Because of arthritis in both thumbs I find that it is now difficult to open the large middle strap when removing the support. That velcro fastener seems very strong, stronger than in previous products. Of course, it could be my arthritis is getting worse.
Loosen all fasteners and the wrap-around strap. Slide hand into the stabilizer with wide vinyl strip running along palm side of wrist.
stabilizer is properly positioned when thumb is in place and splint rests comfortably in the palm. Tighten Slide-Guard® fasteners.
Wrap the middle strap around the wrist. Adjust all straps until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Care: Remove metal splint and close all fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
