I write and type a lot. It helps and prevents my writing hand from cramping up - it doesn't see much but it works - I feel pain when I write without it and I don't when I do wear it. I just wished that it was more durable - it does get dirty pretty easily - so I wash it often.

I wear these under gloves when helping my parents harvest pistachios- a life saver! I also wear them at night when I have done alot of work with my hands that day- they really ease the discomfort of waking up finding my hands "asleep". The velcro wrist bands get a little difficult sometimes, but I like the extra support the wrist bands provide.

These are invaluable when the tendinitis in my hands flares up. Sometimes I wear them all night. I use them whilst gardening sometimes, under regular garden gloves. Better than pills. Allows me to keep on doing what needs to be done.

I have a cyst in my right hand that flares up every now and then and this was the only thing that was confortable to wear. I have bought several of them and will contiune to purchase when I need to replace the next one.

These supports have really helped me. I use a computer all day and sometimes do not take breaks as often as I should. I also use an ergonomic (natural) keyboard. I do not like to type without some sort of wrist support and these do the job for me.
To Wear: Open wrap-around strap and slide hand into glove. The thumb and index finger should each slide into their own finger hole. Wrap strap around wrist and secure fastener. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable.
Care: Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softeners.
