I injured my ankle so severely after twisting it, it took a year to heal most of the way after using splints, braces and having numerous doctors' visits. I found this support near the end of the healing process (I couldn't walk when it first happened) and even the foot doctor commented on how effective it's use was for moderate support. I use it when I plan to be on my feet most of the day to minimize soreness.

Don't waste your money. Really no support for plantar faciitis. Doubt it would help for any kind of ankle pain either. It is soft and comfortable enough, but you can wear a sock for that.

After spraining my ankle, I bought this ankle support to wear while working. It supported ok when exercising, because I wore socks which prevented the support from slipping. However, when wearing sandals, the support came loose. when I tightened it to prevent slippage it felt like my circulation was being cut off. So it was not effective. I was constantly adjusting it. Finally took it off altogether.

I used this wrap to help stabilize my ankle after I sprained it while playing soccer. While it does provide some support, I was hoping for a bit more. Its elasticity allows it too move a bit more than I'd like.

I have plantar fasciitis and this is the best ankle support I've found. It is better for my arches than arch supports, except for the heel-that-pain heel pads. I use them both. I DO NOT like the Futuro Sport foot wrap that is a few dollars cheaper. It is too bulky and uncomfy. These have been the best item I've found to provide enough support so that I can walk 2-3 miles without having excruciating heel and arch pain.

I have a deformity in my right ankle, so I need to support it during exercise. I've used many other products, but this one is the most effective. The wrapping technique allows me to use as much or as little support as I need. It's easy to use and fits snug on my ankle, making it comfortalbe to wear and not bulky in my tennis shoe. Also, the black color makes it so it's not quite so noticeable that I'm wearing it. I love it!

I have horses and am outside alot with them. I have a weak ankle and use the brace for just everyday outdoor activities in the barn, with the horses or out in the yard etc. I really liked the old Futuro Ankle brace that just slipped on like a sock much better but wouldn't you know, they've been discontinued. Just my luck.
This new one doesn't go on at all as easy as they say. Slips and becomes loose.
