I used this product to protect and support my elbow. I had a huge bulge that looked like a cartoon characters elbow, hence the name, pop-eye elbow. While protecting my elbow from getting bumped or banged my pop-eye elbow became smaller and smaller. It was comfortable to wear.

I am in the Army and I have tennis elbow and it mostly flares up when I do sprinting exercises or run more than four miles. I started wearing the Futuro and it prevents the intense pain. I especially like that I can put it on with one hand and it is easy to keep clean. I rinse it out regularly and it does not irritate my skin. I wish it came in tan or skin color.
Close fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners
To Wear:
Put hand through sleeve and pull support over arm and towards elbow.
Position elbow into pocket of support
Adjust closures until support fits firmly, yet comfortably
