It does the job. Gives the necessary support & restriction; deters me from doing what I am not supposed to do. Hot but you get used to it especially if it minimizes the pain. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I REALLY need a cervical collar to sleep at night. I use a hydraulic traction for 10 minute & immediately put on this collar.The pain before kept me up & extremely uncomfortable in the morning. If you are a small person It does take a little breaking in but once it is-it's perfect. I throw it in the wash (in a mesh bag) & it's as good as new.It gives excellent support & is adjustable in the front.

It doesn't stay in place for me! I've been wearing soft collars like this for almost 20 years. It provides nice support but it keeps coming apart in the back/like one end goes up/the other down and I'm constantly fixing it. That hurts my arms so I wouldn't buy this product again.
To wear: To apply, hold in both hands with the flap of the center chin strap facing away from you and the hook fastener in the right hand, facing the "outside" of the collar. Place the collar at the front of the neck, chin strap centered under the chin. Wrap the left end of the collar around the back of the neck, and attach to opposite end. Then extend the soft pile strip from the left side to overlap and firmly engage the hook fastener strip. Adjust fasteners until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Holding the collar firmly in place, disengage the chin strap flap. Tighten or loosen the chin strap until the collar fits comfortably but with firm support under the chin. Re-engage the fastener.
Care: Close fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners.
