I have to sleep in a wrist brace. This one is very comfortable but I wake up with my wrist bent sometimes, which is what I am trying to prevent. At least it is not bulky and it is effective most of the time. Pretty good for the price but if you need lots of stabilization, try something stronger.

Liked that it gave good support but it does take some skill to wrap it. I have very small wrists and if not done properly it tends to be bulky and not give the proper support.

Adds a little support so as to not be confining. Main benefit for me (RA) is the added heat retention. Washes easily, Fits great.

I've been using these for at least a decade now whenever I work at the computer. These are NOT great for serious injuries, and are NOT what I would recommend as an all-purpose splint. But they are excellent as a wrist support, and have helped me keep carpal tunnel under control.

I want to tell everyone that the Futuro is PERFECT for light-weight wrist support. I work at the computer many hours each day and these provide just enough support without hindering my hand movement like the ones with firm splints in them. Very natural feeling and comfortable. They are adjustable with Velcro, so not too tight to cut off circulation, but snug enough to keep me from getting wrist or hand strain. You do have to wrap them in a certain way to get the correct support, but it's easy to figure out. Put the thumb ring on and then put the strap over the back of your hand and away from your body, then under your wrist toward your body, then up and over to the outside again. The Velcro does tend to wear out about 8 to 12 months of continual use. They are inexpensive to replace however. These are the best wrist support I have found in my 20 years of working at a computer keyboard, and I highly recommend them. I also use an ergonomic keyboard (the GoldTouch) and adjustable tray.

This splint is ideal for the third phase of post-operative healing of tendons, ligaments, bones and the TFCC; after months of immobilization with stays and plaster, then part time range-of-motion rehab with strap-on casts, this phase calls for warmth and slight constriction but demands full range of motion. If you need an RSI splint, this isn't it. If you need support while you regain use of your hand after surgery, listen to your surgeon: don't use a splint.

I can't imagine what kind of wrist problem this thing is designed to help; I find it a bulky piece of uselessness. It's just a piece of stretchy foam fabric, no splints or reinforcements of any kind. To get any support out of it, you have to wrap it tight enough to cut off circulation. If your wrist hurts or is injured (mine is painfully tired of mousing/keyboarding)don't bother with this; apply your money to something more substantial.
