I had this product for 2 yrs, My Aunt who has really bad back issues, was over for X-MAS visit and saw me wear it and asked about it, I told her it was a excellent product and easy for daily wear if need be.. She had a really bad one and was not working for her.I located the brace in your website and it was a lot less then what I paid for in the a drugstore [...]She called me and said that she was wearing it as soon as she took it out of the package and it made her old brace into a joke!!!! Thank you and u have a new BEST FRIEND!!! Since this purchase I have also made one other the heating wrap!!! again cheaper and fast and free shipping LOVE THAT!!

I'm a 5'3" woman. I tried & tried to find a way to wear this belt comfortably. I even tried wearing it upside down. It's too tall/wide and dug into my midback if I used it correctly. The only way to prevent this was to wear it very low, covering my bottom, but that just created other probelms. The smaller size might work better (the straps did seem a little long for me) but I don't want to spend another [$] to find out.

To everyone that has ever had back pain....this product is highly recommended! Within 15 minutes of placing it around my lower back and the pain went away! I would not be able to preform at work without it! There are NO cons with this product! I'll be buying another one, one for work and one for play.

Open hook fasteners and detach the cinch straps. Center the support along the lower back, with the Support Cushion™ pads on either side of the spine and curved edge of panel pointing downward.
Wrap the main straps snuggly around the waist and secure the hook fastener over the stomach.
Pull the secondary cinch straps forward, securing them along the front panels of the support. Adjust the placement of the cinch strap closures to achieve the correct level of support for your needs.
Care: Attach all hook fasteners and cinch straps before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water, and rinse well. Air-dry away from heat. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners.
Size: For men or women, this brace has been designed with VELCRO® brand closures in order to create a customized fit for most body types.
Measure around the waist, between the hips and the navel and refer to the sizing chart below.
