this would be the best of all help for all bad back sufferers if they'd just make an actual 'medium' size model, since sm/med is too small for me at 5'3"/155# and the large is too big...
i've been making do with the large, since i had to give away the sm/med one i'd first ordered, being assured by the listing copy that it would fit... and the large has to be overlapped to make it fit, so doesn't work as well as it could/should...
please pass on this and others' complaints to the company, ask them to PLEASE make a middle-size brace for all of us in the middle...

I have a weak back, that aches often unless supported. This appeared to be a good option. But the reviewer that said it's lacking in a size was correct. I ordered the small/ medium, and I am a 5'4", 155 lbs woman. This item is for either sex, so in my mind I should need "medium". This support is just tooooo tight & small. The only other option is a "large", but it's only 1 for females or males. I haven't tried the large, but then I don't want to risk losing more money. There needs to be a few more size options, or else an extension should be made available for purchase.

This is a great invention, I live all over the world in all types of climates. After only 3 weeks in the Yucatan, I start to have stiffness and muscle spasms in my back and neck. I bought this back support online and it was instant relief. It is so light and comfortable, I sleep with it own. Worth every penny.

I believe that the product would relieve my back problem, but - the product does not fit. If it fitted I would definitely buy it. I am a size 37inch waste and the small/medium is too small (the Velcro actually pops off when attached) and the large/xtra large is too large. The company needs to have a 3rd size in-between the 2 that they have. I suggest a size 29 - 35 (Medium), then a 36 - 40 (Large) and the Extra Large size 41 - 50.
Open hook fasteners and detach the cinch straps. Center the support along the lower back, with the Support Cushion™ pads on either side of the spine and curved edge of panel pointing downward.
Wrap the main straps snuggly around the waist and secure the hook fastener over the stomach.
Pull the secondary cinch straps forward, securing them along the front panels of the support. Adjust the placement of the cinch strap closures to achieve the correct level of support for your needs.
Care: Attach all hook fasteners and cinch straps before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water, and rinse well. Air-dry away from heat. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners.
Size: For men or women, this brace has been designed with VELCRO® brand closures in order to create a customized fit for most body types.
