Poor Quality. Salient feature of this item the "tendon pad" is held in place with an ineffective adhesive. In my experience the product has not survived more than two exposures to the washing machine.

I made the mistake of purchasing five of these before trying them out. Four fell apart during the second wash, the fifth lasted until the third wash.

I fell and pulled my tricep muscle. When the doc examined me, he discovered I had some "tennis elbow" as well. I don't play tennis, so I figured it was from holding up the relatively heavy iPad while using it and holding open books that I enjoy reading. I began using the brace and found some relief right away. I cannot comment as to its longevity, being a new user, but since I see no straps poking out to catch on clothing or other items, I can't imagine it wearing out. The strap is supposed to be pulled only as tight as is comfortable, not so tightly you pull the strap apart! Plus the directions explicity state to hand wash, not machine, and to air dry, not put in a clothes dryer.

My only complaint is that it isn't completely clear on where the tendon pad should sit -- "on the outside of the forearm" leaves it open to interpretation a bit. I guess it will come with wearing to find the best spot. A close up photo would have helped in addition to the photo on the box.

This strap does the job with a few drawbacks.The Velcro strap is melded, not stitched, which comes apart in time. I have stapled this back together. It also can irritate the skin for some people. I use an old upper elastic part of a sock to protect my forearm from irritation. If you can live with the above potential problems then the strap will do the job.

This counter force brace works and reduces the pain of "tennis elbow". Unfortunately, it is poorly constructed. The connections are glued without reinforcing stitching. After 6 weeks of use and 3 washings, the tab with the Velcro hooks that holds the brace in tension, came off and the tendon pad on the inside is coming loose. It is now useless. I will be looking for a better brace.

Use for relief of Tennis Elbow/tendonitis; I really like the velcro/adjustable fitting, very stable & stays put. I've used other brands which slip & pinch. Futuro is best design/quality product by far.

I like the size of ease of use of this product. I tried several and this was the best. No velcro sticking out to get caught on other things... easy and fairly unobtrusive -- even under clothing

I have tennis and golfers elbow. After many sessions of physical therapy and steroid injections, this brace keeps me active. I wear it to clean house and when I shop for heavy items such as cases of water, gatorade etc. I have had one for over two years and am finally having to replace it.

The rough pad that pushes into the muscle has deep creases. The creases made pressure sores on my arm and rubbed some flesh off. It induced a bedsore-like effect. I wore it for a few days and had stripes of scabs on my arm.
