Doctor wants me to wear them during the day, but in summer they are too hot. My legs hurt so much at night, but if I wear these to bed, I have almost no pain at all. I don't know if it is the diabetes or from standing in a beauty shop for over 40 years, but my lower legs have seen better days...These are so helpful.
