Intent on getting a better floss, I did my research and ordered this and the
BioFloss. Have not used the latter one yet. But this one is working out well. It has never broken, shreds only a tiny amount at times, cleans effectively and is easy to grip meaning you actually can get by using a short length thereby saving some money. (in other words, you don't need to wind a lot around your fingers for it to hold). Its difficult to judge the expanding feature of the product just because its difficult to see or sense that aspect but its obvious how it does expand just from looking at after you have used it. Not sure how well that works when you have it stretched tight however. It gets between my closely spaced teeth without any problem. I have a few wider gaps too and the expanding feature helps there I would think though I do have to work it around some. Maybe a bit pricey for the amount you get but not too bad. Came close to giving it 5 stars but it didn't quite rise to the level of "Love it!"

Having closely spaced teeth, the expanding is easy to slide between the teeth but as it expands, it cleans around the wider spaces at the gums. It does not cut into the gums either. It does sometimes break but far less frequently than other flosses.

This is a staple for me: I order at least 10 of these at a time and bc these are so hard for me to find--I live in fear that Drugstore.com would stop carrying these.

I am quite the product junkie (I would buy things everyday to try out if I could) and out of the numerous items on my list--this is the one I would seriously hate to live without.

Kind of gross: I have mild periodontitis (inflammation in the gums) and this floss is great at getting all the plaque and stuff out of all my gum pockets (as I think they're called?). My dental hygienist was actually suprised with how much I could decrease the inflammation and it was mostly thanks to daily use of this!

I was given samples by my dentist at each visit but never used because I was a dedicated Glide user. My dentist also recommended Superfloss to clean difficult areas between my teeth -- which I tried. This product is a combination of regular floss and Superfloss. I tried this product sample after I had run out of my regular floss and I loved it. I have tight contacts between my teeth and this floss easily fits between my teeth and does an excellent job getting out debris, especially around my wisdom teeth, my crown, and one area where spacing is a bit larger. Product does not shred and leave string between the teeth. I can see and feel the difference. Purchased 4 packs and will reorder when low.

I use this floss every single day and I truly believe it does a better job than any other brand. I have tight contact between my teeth, and i have no problem using this floss, unlike the thicker kinds. But, because it expands, I can get a more thorough cleaning along the gum line. I rarely use anything else.
