I expected a much larger more stable piece of equipment. It falls apart, the floss won't cinch tight, and the head is barely wide/deep enough to fit all the way to my gum line. Unexceptable product.

This floss falls apart every time I try to use it! Waste of money! Too Bad the Hummingbird Flosser has been discontinued.

This was the worst flosser ever! The floss didnt stay tight no matter what I did. I floss every day and it has to be done quick, I have 3 kids and dont have time for a whole lot. It was kind of pricey too but if it did what it said it would have been worth it!

The floss does not stay tense, no matter how many times I wrap it around the peg, so I am constantly having to readjust the tension. It gets very frustrating when a product that is supposed to make things easier ends up taking more time and effort than just doing it the normal way. The floss quality is low, it becomes stringy after flossing between a few teeth, so then you end up adjusting the flosser every few teeth either due to the tension issue or due to needing a fresh area of floss. Also, the floss cutter fell out after two uses. Guess I could glue it back in but I shouldn't have to fix a brand new product. Low quality, low convenience.

I missed being able to find it in the pharmacy, but I actually carried an online picture of this product to my dentist this week for her to recommend it to her other patients. I used to buy regular floss... used that about once a month. Then I got a Reach daily flosser, but the refills are pretty expensive. Finally found this product and now I can floss every day for pennies, without the waste of disposable floss picks. It's also easy to travel with. You can keep one at home, one at work, one in a purse! A bit of a trick to figure out how to wrap it but still so easy compared to the original finger method.
