Since I've had surgery several years ago,(periodontal disease) these were recommended for my daily routine by my periodontist. They are a big help in keeping in between my teeth clean before I brush in the morning and at night. These are hard to find at a drugstore, let alone if they carry these at all. These proxibrushes are priced right, so glad I found this website.

this is the medium 614 size not the large 618 size. It's hard to tell from the description.

Have been using for a long time. Really great. Only thing is that I wish they would last longer. They bend easly and after 4 or 5 days the bristils start to come out.

If you have crowns you have to have these to get the food off under the crowns so the teeth that support the crown don't rot. The tapered ones are too fat to fit between closely apposed teeth elsewhere - use the cylindricals for this. Better than waxed floss - these little brushes are abrasive and really clean.
