I was paying $6 to $8 MORE for this product at the health food stores!!! I've tried several brands of Fenugreek to help my milk production, but Gaia seems to increase my supply the most. I noticed it also has helped in keeping my blood sugar numbers under control, which has been a blessing since I'm not taking any meds while breastfeeding! Sadly my breasts do not produce that much milk (about 4 ounces after pumping for 30 min) so I was really excited to find a supplement to help me with milk production. I took an entire bottle and never produced any more milk. I ordered a 2nd bottle and am half way through and still have not made any more milk than before I started taking the supplement. Sadly this product did nothing for me.

I only took two capsules twice a day and it worked just fine for me. It really works well. The only draw back is that I did have an upset tummy occasionally and I have been told that it can upset the baby's tummy too. It didn't seem to upset mine child's stomach, so I continued to use it.

I did not have enough breast milk because of poor latching in the first 8 days. Baby and I was learning proper latching so I was breastfeeding and pumping. Pumping does not give enough stimulation so I can only give 50% breast milk and 50% formula. After taking this for 3 days, my milk supply went up so I can provide 80% to 90% breast milk. After a week I can 100% breastfeed and no more pumping. This brand is more expensive than other brands, but it is more concentrate. Must take after stomach is very full, otherwise, I felt nausea. Direction said take 2-3 capsules. I take 2 and that is enough. 3 is too strong. I took 3 bottles, then no need to take anymore. But actually one or two bottles should be enough to establish milk supply.
