I use herbs like this to raise testosterone levels for the overall health benefit of this. They impact my outlook, mood, and my body's ability to recover from exercise and rigorous physical activity dramatically. There is a positive effect on libidinal impulse and sexual function as well. This brand is by far the best I have tried. Consistently works well and effects usually peak in a couple days. However, even though I do much to resist this fact of my being, I am a diagnosed bipolar manic depressive.
