Comments about Gaiam Total Body Balance Ball Kit, Medium (65cm), 1 ea: I work from home at my desk top. Once I started the job, I soon realized the detrimental effect sitting slouched in a chair for up to eight hours at a time had on my waist. I bought the Gaiam Balance ball mainly to force myself to sit a bit more actively. While I am still sitting and not exactly working out, I feel a difference between sitting on this versus a chair with a back rest. It has held the air for well over six months without needing to get re-inflated ever. I should probably use it to work out with, but I go to the gym about 20 days out of the month to have a counter balance to the desk job. My main recommendation is to make sure you get the correct size in this ball. Gaiam makes it in three sizes. 65cm is perfect if you're 5'6" or taller. I'm only 5'5" and sometimes I wish it was a few inches lower (would make me sit even straighter), but not annoying enough to make me want to switch it out. I recommend this balance ball without any reservations. Just know that the stretch band is pathetic. Don't expect to use it much. It stretches so thin, it cuts into your hands. The five stars are for the ball alone. Great ball. Oh, and one super big plus! This ball has no nasty plastic smell when taken out of its box. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Cons Best Uses Comments about Gaiam Total Body Balance Ball Kit, Medium (65cm), 1 ea: Good product. Has held up well, easy to inflate. Wish they included a little pry tool for removing the plug more easily (other brands do). Also wish it came in a better color, but it works fine, Displaying reviews 1-3 ![]() |
