This mat is one of the most comfortable, non-slip mats I have bought in awhile! Great for Yoga, stretching, floor exercises, whatever you need a little room for. Do wish it had come with it's own carry bag. Otherwise, I love it!

Unique Pattern - I was looking for a mat that looked unique and I found it, plus it is a good size. Not as thick as I would have liked but I use it over carpet. I am very happy with it. I bought it somewhere else for less.
Spot clean with Gaiam's Mat Cleaner or damp cloth with cold water and mild detergent. Dry flat. The mat may fade and become brittle and unusable if exposed to the sun for extended periods of time. We recommend storing your mat in a mat bag when not in use.
