This is my favorite pilates video. The resistance band is light, but you can double it for more resistance. This was a great intro to pilates. I now have a pilates trainer I see regularly, but this got me started.
I bought these to start stretching every day and also to go along with my pilates work outs. They are great - They really do work if you follow the video - also I found a book at my library that provided different exercises. I have arthritis and even I bad days I can use the light resistance band! I would buy these if you are really looking for resistance training or stretching bands!
