I love the "stretch" part of dvd as I am older and it really makes my tired old body feel better. The "flex" is way too difficult for me. I even have done the "tone" a few times...sort of like jogging in place..gets your heart rate up. I just wish the "relax the back" was on the tape itself as my back is a real issue. It advises I can download but am not wise in the ways of the world with computer stuff... I would just like to watch it on my vcr with the other segments.
