Plus, I'm a vegetarian and there are few brands out there that have completely vegetarian ingredients in their capsules. It says to work up to 3 pills a day, which I highly recommend because it can be a shock to your system if you start with 3 right away. Also, I must mention that I only take 1 pill a day. I find that's all I need. It's a win win since I only need 1 to keep my flora in check, and it makes the bottle last 3 times as long. It's a bit on the pricey side, but if you compare ingredients there are more cultures in this brand than most other brands in a similar price range.
