I live in a dry climate that makes my mouth really dry while I'm sleeping. The mints help me sleep longer before I wake up thirsty. The mints are a good replacement to mouthwash and my teeth are staying fairly white. My friend, however, did not have good luck whitening her teeth with them.

These whitening mints are awesome. I use them morning and night (as do my husband and son) they keep our teeth nice and white. An unexpected added plus is that it helps me to get my son to brush his teeth - he really likes the taste and it's like a treat to him for brushing!
