My kids have been taking these for awhile, we've reordered many times. If I remember right it took a bit for them to get used to them, but they've always taken them without a problem. I love the ingredients in them and will continue giving them, i feel it's the best quality chewable vitamin out there and I appreciate the ingredients garden of life uses.

The kids are supposed to take 2 large pills per day. I was expecting sort of a gummy bear type of thing, but this is a large, chalky, yucky tasting vitamin. My 3 year old spit it out and asked for water, my 6 year old sucked it for a bit and then decided it was gross, my 11 year old ate 2 with much difficulty and said she was going to throw a party when the bottle was empty. I would assume that they are good for you though.

Unlike the previous review my children love these vitamins. They often ask me when they can have a vitamin. So may other products contain synthetic ingredients and this does not. GREAT CHILDRENS MULTIVITAMIN!

The ingredient list is really great, and I love the whole food/no fillers/no sweeteners concept. Unfortunately, my children wouldn't take these. A friend took one sniff and said, "I don't blame them, those smell exactly like dog food". So, unfortunately, I've returned them. If just a bit of sweetener or something could be added to make them more palatable, I'd try again.
