I use it every day to remove makeup. It does a great job, even with water-proof mascara. It leaves my skin very soft and moisturized.

          Hard to wash off

Comments about Garnier Clean + Nourishing Cleansing Oil for Dry Skin, 4.2 fl oz:

If you're going to go the oil cleansing route and can splurge a bit, may I recommend DHC's Cleansing Oil instead? First off, this stuff has mineral oil which is a big no-no especially if you are acne prone. With the mineral oil in it, it's also harder to wash off and makes me feel oily after using a toner and my aloe gel. There's also an unnecessary fragrance. It doesn't smell bad, but you don't need it. Oil cleansing is a bit of an art form that is supposed to use certain oils, this one does not have all the right oils in it. DHC Cleansing Oil washes off clean and leaves the face so soft and smooth. Check out other brands before using this one.

Comments about Garnier Clean + Nourishing Cleansing Oil for Dry Skin, 4.2 fl oz:

I was using Neutrogena Natural Cleanser before this and it dried out my skin pretty bad. I loved the cleanser, but since it's winter I need something that will keep my skin soft. I purchased this and had very little hope because it's an oil and I'm usually not a fan of Garnier Fructis products. I'm very happy I did because my skin feels smooth right after cleasning. I don't have dry spots and could put makeup on right away if I wanted to. Great purchase for a great value.

Comments about Garnier Clean + Nourishing Cleansing Oil for Dry Skin, 4.2 fl oz:

I'm surprised by how much I like this oil, as well as the other products in this new line. My face in the winter time is incredibly dry and flaky and I am often desperate to find something that helps. But this cleansing oil has been keeping irritation and flakiness at bay shockingly well. It does a great job removing my makeup (however, if I have a lot of eye makeup on, I will need to use an extra eye makeup remover) and I have found that I don't need to use another cleaser. I've just been using this every night whether I have makeup on or not. Just make sure your hands and face are dry when you first put it on. Fragrances usually bother me, but I actually like the smell of this somehow. And perhaps the best thing about this: it has not caused a single breakout on my face after several months of use. Yay!

Now for the cons. I am not a fan of the way the oil comes out of the pump. I feel like much more comes out than is necessary for my needs, I just wish there was a better way of controlling that. Additionally, the more I use it, the more I realize that I could probably just use olive oil and achieve the exact same results without spending the money on an extra product. But I'm really liking this cleansing oil, so I'm not disappointed that I bought it at all.
