Shampoo is good, but it's too difficult to open the cap. You basically need to pry open the tiny ball with a fingernail and hope your fingernail doesn't break or bend over backwards in the process. I refuse to get this again just because of the horrible cap design.

The little button cap on the top is very difficult to open, especially in the shower or bath when hands are slippery and wet. I would recommend any other product with a cap that can be opened easily over this.

I use it daily followed by same product conditioner ---it does the job, but would really like to have more fragrance.

This is my first Fructis purchase, based on a recommendation in an article about shampoos good for fine, thin hair. It's okay, especially for the price, but it does nothing special for my hair and the bottle was extremely difficult to open the first time. Very weird design. And the shape wants to slide out of your hand when the bottle is wet. This is okay but I don't expect to buy it again.

This is an excellent shampoo for all hair types, but is especially good for my fine hair. I get that extra little bit of body and manageability that I need. Plus it smells really great.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks, i believe. & It doooes work :) It volumizes my hair & all thaaat. I WOULD buy it again, & it's really cheap, so i do recommend it ;) Although it doesn't smell too well; BUT it doesn't smell bad. It just doesn't have that great smell in it. But other than that, it's perfect.

This shampoo does help in building some volume however it can be harsh and drying on my already-dry and chemically treated hair. The smell is okay however I prefer non-scented or minimally scented products in general. I use this shampoo in rotation with others that don't dry my hair out as much. The price can't be beat

For me, the true test of a volumizing shampoo is whether my hair (appears) thicker even if I let it air dry. This shampoo passed the test; I was actually pleasantly surprised, especially considering the value price. I have pretty flat, straight hair that definitely looks best volumized and blow dried/styled. But that is incredibly harsh - and so I typically let it air dry after at least one shampoo. It still had some bounce and body and a bit of lift - nice!

My hair has always been a combination of oily roots and dry split ends. i can't use a moisturizing shampoo or conditioner because it's too heavy on my hair but this shampoo along with the conditioner is so amazing i cant believe how wonderful my hair looks! I have been using garnier on and off for several years and i always come back. I always have hair stylists telling me how well nourished my hair looks and it's nice to get compliments knowing that i don't use proffessional hair care products. The bottle is a pain to open i have to use both my thumbs together just to open the cap so now i just leave it open in the shower. but thats a small inconvenience for whats inside the bottle!

This shampoo does not volumize my hair very well. I see the results right after I exit the shower, but after a few hours, my hair flattens and becomes dull. I have thick, straight hair so I don't wash my hair everyday because the chemicals are too harsh on my hair, ruining the texture. So maybe this shampoo isn't for me anyway. I'm also annoyed by how much it takes to get a good lather or else my hair stays unclean and dry; I have to use about twice the amount than needed with other shampoos. Not worth it.
