I put this on my hair when it was wet after washing, and i must have put too much on, because it made my hair oily. I had to shampoo and condition all over again, however my hair was softer than usual afterwards.

I recently bleached my naturally dark hair to a light blonde. The bleaching process left my hair feeling crunchy and looking like straw. This oil has made an immediate impact. I am using a couple other products to help restore my hair, but this is the only one that provides an instant result. After blowdrying and flat ironing, I put one drop of this oil into my palm, rub my hands together, then run my hands over the dry ends of my hair. It is instantly smoothed and softened. My friends pet my hair now because it's so soft! I use this oil once in the morning and again in the evening if the ends look dry. It smells amazing and doesn't weigh my hair down or make it greasy. Absolutely love it and recommend it to all my friends who abuse their hair.

I really like this oil. I have several hair oils and find most of them to be a bit too easy to get carried away with and end up with greasy hair. This one is lighter, though you still have to be careful to not use too much. I took away one star because I was expecting the signature Garnier hair product fragrance; this smells closer to Monoi oil, but in a diluted way. The smell actually disappears rather quickly. I blow dry my very wavy hair and it's very dry/frizzy. Though I use other products to calm it down, this is a very nice finishing touch. I may try next time to use it on my hair wet and then blow dry it.

I have unmanageable curly hair and i straighten it alot and when i'd straighten it, it would still be frizzy and when i would put stuff in my hair and then it'd make it oily but this stuff is MAGIC! It makes my hair super soft not oily and not frizzy! A Must for curly hair!
