I have relatively straight hair that tends to get frizzy in the humidity, so I bought this to see if it might help. There must be some sort of coating ingredient in this product because even after washing and thoroughly rinsing my hair I feel an oily residue left behind that takes any shine away and that attracts dirt. I feel I need to wash my hair again not an hour after my shower. This product may work better on curlier hair.

I love this, and used the older version and the newer version which has argon oil is awesome. It really helps with the humidity especially since this summer has been absurdly hot with tons of humid.

I have very thick and wavy layered hair that tends to get very frizzy and "poofy" after washing. I've tried many smoothing shampoos and conditioners, including salon formulas, and this is the only one I've found that really does smooth down and tame the frizz. To be honest I haven't really noticed much extra shine, but the "sleek" lasts until my next shampoo. Both the shampoo and conditioner get Thumbs Up from me!

after i used this product my hair got really shiny and looked healthy. For about 4 hours. After about 4 or 5 hours, my hair suddenly got really greasy looking and smelled greasy too. I kept using its but my hair got even greasier as days went on. I think it was the argon oil in it that did that. I highly recommend you NOT to use this product. It worked horribly for me. I will never use it again.

I have fine, straight hair that tends to be greasy (after 24 hours) near the roots and dry and frizzy everywhere else. This product, when used all over as a normal shampoo, caused my hair to look greasy within 24 hours and made my hair feel very heavy. I now only use this shampoo near the ends of my hair in conjunction with a different shampoo for the roots. My hair feels softer and less heavy this way than when only using this shampoo alone. Would only recommend for very dry, damaged hair.

I have naturally straight medium-thickness hair that is prone to frizz because I have layers. I wanted hair like my fellow Asian friends who had really silky-straight hair, and no frizz at all.

It really is a matter of genes, but this product helped me get closer to that super silky-straight look after the first time I used it. I don't like to wash my hair everyday, but I noticed that when I did this product worked way better and made my hair look better with consistent usage.

My hair also looks better when air dried with this product. I would leave the house with damp hair and just sit through class, and by the end of class my hair would look fine and not frizzy, and then would look great if I simply used my fingers or a travel sized brush to comb through it.

Leaving out a star because the sleek look isn't apparent when used with heat products & because it takes consistent usage.
