Some smoothing products dry out my hair. Not the case at all with this product! I have very frizzy, coarse, curly hair (that reaches down to the middle of my back) and I have tried many drugstore and high end products over the years. This is the only thing that works every time for me and the only hair product I keep going back to. How I use this: I know it says to apply this product and then blow dry your hair, but I very rarely use a hair dryer. So, instead I let my hair air-dry completely. Then I'll section off the bottom layer of my hair and apply about a dime sized amount on that section and straighten with a hair straightener. I'll continue sectioning off hair and applying the same amount to each section. I am left with shiny, smooth, soft hair. I don't apply any other styling hair product (or even a heat protectant) because this works so well! I also use this sometimes when I want to wear my hair curly. I'll wash my hair, then when I'm still in the shower, I'll clip the top half away from my face and then I'll use a dime-sized amount of this product and scrunch the ends of my hair and use what's left on my hands to tame the frizzies on the rest of my hair. When my hair air dries, I'm left with mostly frizz-free curls!

This product did not do much for me, it did not really provide any hold for my curls, but it did add shine and frizz control. As a leave in conditioner it might be a little too greasy for someone with thin hair but it would be great for people with dryer hair textures, it is worth a try as it does provide shine and frizz control. Not a fan of the smell.

I love this product. I've used Moroccan Oil and very expensive anti-frizz serums by brands like Biolage. I honestly like this best. I have thick, straight hair with a little body to it. My hair is mostly good, but in certain weather conditions I am prone to crazy, random frizzy curls that spring up out of nowhere, while the rest of my hair lies flat.

For some reason, I thought it was a good idea to travel to South Florida last year without a frizz-fighting product. I picked up this Garnier Smoothing Milk in a grocery store, because it was the only thing under $5 that wasn't a pomade or gel. It is hilarious to look at vacation pics before and after this product-- definitely a HUGE difference.

I've used it in my hair wet or dry. I think it works best in slightly damp or dry hair (like after you flat iron or blowdry). It calms the frizz without weighing hair down, it's not goopy, pasty or sticky. And it smells nice, too! It's become a summer staple for me. I highly recommend it.

This product works BUT it smells aweful. Smells like day old milk ( seriously) first time i used it I put it in wet hair like a leave-in and boy my hair had that old stale milk smell in it and could not was it out fast enough so now i just use a dab on dry hair. Loreal's is much better. smells fantastic with better results even. Why would someone make a bad smelling product/ yuck

This is my first time using this product. I absolutely love it. I use it on my wet hair and twist my hair overnight then take it down in the morning and use just a little bit more on my hair when it's dry and my hair stays soft and moisturized all day. I love the curl definition it gives my hair. It doesn't have as much hold as a gel would, but I prefer a lighter hold. This may not work on all hair textures though. I am always looking for new products to try so this was a nice surprise.

This product is the best conbination of control for my curly hair yet it doesn't stick together like jell does. It allows my hair to be soft yet helps the curls join together to make nice spiral curls which eliminates frizz.

I've started using this because the anti-humidity styling cream seems to have disappeared. It's a fair substitute for the cream, I just prefer working with a cream rather than a liquid, milky substance because the latter is messier.

I have tri-racial: mostly african american thick corkscrew curly hair and this stuff does wonders when blowing out my hair with a round brush. my hair is a lot smoother and softer... all ready to be flat ironed. definitely glad i decided to try this stuff!
