Warnings
This product contains caffeine. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 21. Never exceed the recommended recommended dose and/or recommended daily dose. Do not consume synephedrine or caffeine or any other stimulants including but not limited to coffee, tea, chocolate, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine, caffeine or any stimulants while using this product. Do not use this product for longer than 8 weeks without a 6 week break. Consult your physician prior to use. Do not use if pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing or if you are taking medication, including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors, anti-depressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or any other stimulants. Do not use this product if you have been diagnosed with heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, have difficulty urinating, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, vascular disease, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate or glaucoma. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath. Do not use if outer safety seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

As a dietary supplement take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. Take an additional 1-2 capsules six to eight hours later on an empty stomach.
