One application to the shoe keeps them smelling fresh for 3 days to as long as a week. When applied to the feet it keeps them smelling great and makes them feel clean and fresh. I know the bottle seems pricey, but it lasts a LONG time and nothing else smells as crisp and fresh. When I go to put on my running shoes, I smell it and it puts me in running mode!
