Highly recommend Gelusil to pregnant women for heartburn and gas. I ate Tums constantly with my first child. I only need to use Gelusil a couple of times a day it is so effective.

Fast acting product, must be chewed, taste ok not chalky, our local store does not carry this product and I was happy to find item at drugstore.com. It WORKS for just about every upset stomach problem I have encountered!

I have occasional boughts with heartburn and use Gelusil when needed. I very rarely need to use it twice for 1 episode of heartburn. I love the packaging, just pop them in your purse or briefcase, and you will always have them near.

This product is much better than other antacids with less of a chalky taste. I have trouble finding it at most local drugstores and was pleased to find it at Drugstore.com. Price was reasonable,too.
