We think this is one of the best antacid/anti-gas treatments on the market. It is quick and effective with no side effects. Mint flavor is not unpleasant. It it good for people who have a hard time digesting calcium (which is what most other antacid products are made from.) It is hard to find at big box stores so this is a good place to purchase it.

It was great to find it available somewhere just as we were about running out of our supply (6 tablets left). I was in an original blind test group (early 80s) when we lived in the Denver, CO area and found the product to be very satisfactory and effective.

Highly recommend Gelusil to pregnant women for heartburn and gas. I ate Tums constantly with my first child. I only need to use Gelusil a couple of times a day it is so effective.

Fast acting product, must be chewed, taste ok not chalky, our local store does not carry this product and I was happy to find item at drugstore.com. It WORKS for just about every upset stomach problem I have encountered!
