I only use at night...it blurs vision for a while, so use it right before going to bed. My eyes don't close all the way, so this helps keep moist, so I don't wake with eyes hurting.

I stumbled upon this product about a year ago and have used it every night since. I have chronic dry eye and have used Restasis for several years. I had Lasik surgery about 2 years ago and it aggravated my dry eyes, especially at night. I use Refresh Celluvisc drops during the day..but I couldn't find anything that helped my eyes overnight. Until I found this..yes, it blurs your vision - but use this at bedtime and that's not a problem! I don't know what I would do without this...it's been one of the best products I've ever used and I will continue to use it forever! Give it a try..you might be surprised at how much it could help.
