Product is a gel that melts on the eyeball. It takes only a minute or two to dissolve but the benefit is worth it. I've learned to apply it during the day even with makeup on! I also apply it just before bed. It's one of the few purest products to use on the market. I apply it with a Qtip. Pull down the lower eyelid and plop it in. I recommended to my sister and she loves it too.

These are the best eyedrops I've found for dry eyes. I have Sjogren's and appreciate that they are preservative free in the eyes, as well. I went off Restasis, just to see if it was helping, and it turns out I do better with these than with Restasis.

Years ago my Doctor recommended this product. Unable to find this product in stores locally. I use it daily and even with long term use it still works the best of any product I have found

It's probably most convenient to use this just before going to bed as brief blurriness occurs. This product is more of a gel rather than ointment so even daytime use is okay - you just have to give it a minute. Thus far it has been VERY helpful. I've tried many formulas from Systane, GenTeal and Refresh and will continue to use most of them but find that this one gives the best relief!

I've been using GenTeal Severe eye gel for several years, one or two times a day, more if I think of it. Last eye exam, physician said, "I don't know what you're doing, but just keep doing it." The pingueculas in the corners of my eye are slightly smaller, but thankfully, no bigger! I highly recommend this product; I live in desert-dry Nevada.

I have dry eyes in the morning, and especially after drinking my eyes would get swollen and red the day after. The gel drops keep my eyes from swelling up and keeps them from being dry and red all day if I use the drops in the morning.

I use the gel at bedtime to keep my eyes lubricated during the night. It can also be used in the daytime in a smaller amought, if needed.

I've been using these drops for a few years now. They're easy to apply and, since the formula is a gel, they stay where I put them rather than running down my cheeks. Not only is there less chance of ruining your makeup, but since more adheres to the eyes, it's much more effective!
