We have tried several baby washes and creams for my little girl's eczema and this is the only combination of products to keep her skin soft and eczema free!!! My son has eczema all year long and this cream is the only thing that helps. We use it every night after his bath and it leaves his skin soft and smooth. He loves it!!

Use it all over, even my face as soon as I get out of the shower. Best cream I have found to relieve my severe excema that doesn't feel like lard. I just wish it came in a bigger tube and a small travel tube.

My 5 month old, had patches of really dry skin on her legs, i tried different creams (weleda baby cream, lansinoh lanolin, etc) they did not work. THen one day, i was visiting a friend and she gave me this cream to try. After one application, it was incredible, almost all of scaling and dryness gone.. it showed up again in couple of days though. but at that point cream was on its way. I used it for a week, and baby legs are all smooth and supple. yay! very happy with the product. have 2 tubes of it - one for diaper bag.

It's hard enough to keep soy out of an allergic babies diet. It's in EVERYthing! Knowing how common of an allergen it is, WHY would it be used in an Eczema cream of all things? That's just sick if you ask me. I've been trying so hard and wondering what I was doing wrong all this time. My poor girl.

My children have severe, persistent eczema and many allergies. This is one of the only creams I have found that is helpful, doesn't hurt the children when applied, and my son is not allergic to. i do have a soy-allergic friend who cannot use this, but it is one of the rare products that doesn't harm my milk-allergic child.
When applied to my son after an oatmeal bath and then covered, there was a significant improvement in his skin overnight. About 60% of the eczema on his legs and arms and back was cleared up. It was amazing! By the end of the week, he only had it left on his ankles and wrists. Highly recommended.
