This multivitamin is marketed to older people, but I am in my 20s, and this is my favorite multi because it has a wide range of nutrients and 100% of most of the important ones. The Vitamin A in this product is 100% in beta carotene form. Vitamin A in this form is preferred because it won't build up in your body. Most importantly, this vitamin does not cause stomach upset for me like Centrum does.
