I used these blades instead of the ones that came with the headblade shaver that has 2 wheels. One of the prongs that hold the blade broke after a couple months, now I am stuck with 2 extra packs of these blades and you cannot buy the razor that was made for these blades. Maybe drugstore.com will take the blades back?? I am not buying another headblade shaver thing as the expensive fusion razor I have works better for shaving my head. I just hate paying over $3.00 for a blade.

Because these blades fit a very old razor, they aren't sold in local stores. Glad to locate them online, so that I don't have to pitch a good razor.

The original ATRA blades have been around almost as along as I began shaving (30+ yrs) and the product is as good today as the first day it was introduced yet for some reason it is virtually impossible to find at any of the major drug store chains or the other big retailers that selll shaving blades. The good news is that thanks to Drugstore.com not only is the product a snap to purchase but the price is always lower then stores I have purchased this product from in the past(when I could even find it) and when you factor in the periodic discounts [...]. I buy alot of items from drugstore.com-you should to!

Atras were a great invention when they first appeared in the 70s. I dropped my old single-blade razor and enjoyed the lighter weight and convenience of a double-blade disposable. Since then Gillette has gone through a gazillion generations of wet shave blades all doing pretty much the same thing and at much greater cost.

My philosophy is "if ain't broke, don't fix it". Atra blades shave as well as anything out there at a fraction of the cost. I hope they never stop making them and DrugStore never stops selling them,
