This razor is amazing! It works just the same as any other razor...BUT when you turn it on its going to give you one of the closest shaves ever. Also I like how it doesn't tug on hairs hurting you. The five blades are smooth against your skin. I'd say it works best in the shower but i have used it out of it and it works well then too. All these results are only given when the power is on. But one big con is the price for replacement razors. But if you can keep up with that i would definitely recommend people to use this!

It's going in the trash.
Best shave ever. Very comfortable, quick, nick-less daily shaving. VERY Happy with this razor. Truly, an outstanding improvement for men's daily shaving needs. A joy to use.
I use it almost everyday. As an African American male, I don't shave on the weekends in order to prevent razor bumps from ingrown hairs. It removes 2-3 days stubble without having to shave twice.
I usually shave first thing in the morning. The shave is very smooth and lasts all day. I do not have a heavy beard, however. This is the first power razor I have used. I'm not sure that the power feature actually contributes to the smoothness of the shave, but it seems better than any non-power shaver I have used. The titanium blades may be responsible for that as well as the fact that I am using Edge gel shaving foam for the first time. Thus there are several confoundings. The sound and vibratory feeling of the power function took a little getting used to for me, but not too much.

I love this razor! I found out about it through my boyfriend, who loves it as well. last night was the first time I turned it on & used it because my b.f kept saying that it worked a lot better when it's vibrating & it does. it put me at such ease while shaving & I didn't cut myself once. the refills are a bit pricey but it's totally worth it. I'm just lucky my honey lets me use his =)

My husband LOVES this razor. He also has the Mach 3 which he says is good, but he says this one is superior. So for now he travels with his Mach 3 and keeps this one at home, so I can't vouch for the guy who says this doesn't travel well.
