I have arthritis and this design does not hurt my hands to hold it and with the neuopathy I don't drop it like the traditional razors. I always shave dry and this razor does not pull or leave a razor burn. So glad to have found them at drugstore.com !!! It's been at least 5 years since I've been able to find them. Thank you for carrying this item! Service and delivery comments: Delivery was fine for free delivery. I don't mind waiting a few extra days for something to arrive when the shipping & handling is free. Especially the way the economy is today. Also, being disabled, it's great to be able to do most of my shopping on-line from one site. Packages always arrive well packed and in good condition. I haven't needed to use customer service because I've had no problems. Thanks for great service.
