I've tried the three blade, the four blade, and the "who knows how many blades" razors and still return to the Trac2. I use the Trac2 blades in a heavy brass handle which for some reason seems to work better than the light plastic handles. I can't explain why. I sure hope they keep making the Trac2 blades. The multiple blade razors (more than two) just don't get into the tight corners of my face (under nose, around lips) and don't do any better on the open areas. They just cost more. Comments about Gillette Trac II Plus, Refill Cartridges, 10 ea: I've tried them all, from single edge injector to 5-blade floating head designs and everything in between. I keep coming back to the Trac II. It's simple, cheap and as effective as any of the others, better than most. What's not so great? The system doesn't look high tech and I guess that matters to some users; not to me. Bottom line - it works!
