I love these blades! I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. I store my upright on the suction cup holder that came with the razor, the gel bars last just fine. The shave is super close, and I can shave so fast because there is no soap or shave gel to deal with. I hop in the shower and a few quick swipes later my legs are done. I won't use any other shaver, I'm spoiled by these. I tried the Intuition and hated it, I couldn't get a close shave and it irritated my skin.

It is nearly impossible to find a woman's blade which gives a CLOSE shave, lasts a while and doesn't go dull in just a few shaves.

I only use this because it is better than the generic blades (generic cuts you to pieces) and I have the "Venus" handle. I don't think the "moisturizer strip" does anything, I always use soap and very wet skin to shave) nor do I think that many blades in ONE cartridge is necessary.

Although this product is adequate, it is expensive (like ALL decent women's blades) and the blade just doesn't last long enough. It isn't bad enough that I would go to a generic blade, but SOMEONE needs to make a decent blade for women, that lasts and gives a CLOSE shave.

The thing is, Venus USED TO make a fantastic razor, which was not expensive, lasted a long time and gave a close long lasting shave. They have since gone like the rest of the blades, with cheaper quality and higher price. I guess they figure if they all are awful, we have no recourse. They are right, we don't.

The best thing about this is the shape of the razor handle. Using men's razors are ridiculous for women, for the work WE have to do on our bodies.

When someone makes a GOOD women's razor, please let me know. I haven't found one yet, in over 30 years of shaving, save the Venus the first 2 years it was made.It IS possible to make a decent women's razor, yet they make their money in replacement blades so we are always going to get bad quality blades, even at $14.00 for THREE or FOUR cartridges. MUCH too expensive.

I love that these razors eliminate a step in the shaving process. I also feel great that I am creating less waste by not having to buy shave gel.

My only complaint is that the shave isn't quite as close as the conventional venus razors so if you want to stay smooth you have to shave daily.

I love this product. I have tried some of the other Gillette Venus products, but I love the Breeze best. The scent is light, not over-powering, the moisture bars work without leaving my legs sticky.
I have dry skin, but this product doesn't irritate or leave my skin feeling scaly.
These are great for travel -- you don't have to take a razor *and* shave cream. But I love them best in the shower for regular use. They are a bit expensive, but well worth it.

love all the venus breeze cartridges. they smell great and really leave your skin soft and remove hair without cuts(especially the bikini area)they are pricey and dont last too long but for the result to me it is worth it.I also have tried the olay version which leaves your skin really soft.

I really like the gel bars above and below the blades. You don't have to use shaving cream, but I still use a little bit of body wash just to keep it smooth. The gel bars get a bit gooey, but the benefit of them is super smooth legs, moisurized legs with little irritation. I think the blades stay sharp longer than the gel bars remain usable, whish is unfortunate.

Only negative is that, while the shave is very close and smooth, I tend to nick myself more severely with this razor. It could just be my poor shaving skills, but this razor feels so smooth while you're using it that I sometimes forget to be extra careful around ankles and knees.

I love Venus Breeze! It's super convenient to not have to buy shaving gel, and the gel bars last a decent amount of time -- you wouldn't want them to last much longer because the blade is going to get dull anyway. The only problem I have with these is the price. I really wish they were less expensive. But on drugstore.com, it's the cheapest price I have found.

I love this razor! It's provides a smooth, non-irratating shave. The bars on this razor create a super slick shaving surface that makes it almost impossible to cut or nick yourself. The only drawback is that you do not want to leave it in the shower. You need to shake off the excess water and lightly pat it on your towel, and leave it out to dry. If you leave it moist, the bars swell up and get super gooey and you end up using it up prematurely and finally the moisture strips just fall off. But this is OK. It's such a great razor it's worth the extra step to make it last longer!
