I don't like this razor because the moisture pad is too big for the bikini area. I also find that it leaves little nicks around my knees....every time I use it, no matter how careful I am.

The Venus Embrace is a better razor.

I have used the original Venus razors for years without issue, but I decided to move up and try the Pro. Upon first use, it seemed like a dream with all the moisturizers in the gel bars but, afterwards, I noticed a bit of skin irritation. I do have relatively sensitive skin so this may not be an issue for others.

This razor is very effective. My legs had a smooth moisturized feel afterwards. It worked better than I would have thought for underarms and bikini. I did have a few issues with this razor however.

1. The head of the razor wouldn't stay latched properly, even after I heard it click into place.

2. It was hard to tell where you have shaved since there is no lather involved.

I think this is a great razor for legs and bikini. My only issue was since I didn't have to use shave gel or soap it is a little harder to follow the areas you have already done. My legs felt clean and smooth.

This razor has gel that helps lubricate your leg (and it suds up a little bit). This is a good thing, but the gel portion didn't last longer than a few shaves. The rest of the shaver is great though! There's a noticeable improvement in the quality over a standard disposable razor.

I always use Venus razors for it's good quality and this one didn't disappoint me at all. It shaves without any gel or cream as it's attached with a bar. You do need to a few extra strokes for coarse hair in bikini area but that's with any razor I have used so far. It smells nice too.

This is a fantastic razor! I'll admit, I shave without shaving gel at times and you don't notice a difference. No nicks or cuts on my knees, which I usually have with other razors. I definitely recommend buying it!
