My midwife recommended this to me for nausea in my first trimester of pregnancy for my third child and it is amazing! Within 15 mins the nausea is gone! I wish I'd known about it with my other pregnancies...I also just started using it for heartburn and it is just as affective, I recommend it to anyone. It's much better for your body than Tums or any other chemical-containing product because it's natural.

I have a long list of diagnosed stomach problems including GERD, gastroparesis, ulcer, hernia, and IBS. Needless to say, my guts give me problems. I am on prescription meds to control a lot of my issues, but I still suffer from pain and nausea quite often. Fully dissolve one capful (approx. 6 grams) in 4-6 ounces of cool (not cold) water before taking.
