This product was recommended on the Dr. Oz show of all things. I color my hair and now use this product to brighten and protect my hair between colorings. I color my hair a light golden brown and this shampoo adds a nice subtle golden glimmer and prevents that dull look. It also makes hair nice and soft and shiny. I use it about 3x a week and it's like getting highlights. Be sure to rinse thoroughly - it's a bit harder to rinse than regular shampoo but is worth the effort.

I was surprised that this shampoo worked to bring out highlights the first time I used it. Love it! I'll order it again. And by the way, the conditioner smoothed out some of the frizz in my hair.

I'm not a girly girl, but this stuff makes my hair look fantastic. I lighten my hair a bit from light brown to golden blonde, and this shampoo makes my highlighted hair brighter, shiny, shimmery, and with real golden highlights. This shampoo works better than any color depositing product I've ever used. I use it in combination with the same brand Giovanni conditioner. Makes my hair VERY shiny... adds depth to the different shades of blonde in my hair but looks real -- doesn't look like I've applied a fake-y rinse to my hair. Gives my baby fine, wavy hair some body and fullness, too. I will keep buying it here because it's hard to find anywhere else.
