pleasantly surprised by this product. Hair is thin, fine, and straight unless permed. Perming makes it dry. This is about the only conditioner I've used that solves several problems: it gives shine, texture, heals split ends, and actually adds body (most conditioners make hair limp) Love to put it on damp hair, working up from ends, and just leave it in. Good stuff

I made a mistake of trying this product in the morning preparing for work. I had to wash it out of my hair because of the white residue it left. Maybe when I'm not rushing to go to work and at my leisure, I'll try it again and give it time to dissipate.

I have very fine wavy hair. I have never found a shower conditioner that works for me. This conditioner is perfect. Gets rid of tangles and static and does not weigh my hair down at all. I don't use anything else. A little goes a long way.

I've only used this a few times so far but it seems to be working great! You may want to use another product to prevent frizz if you tend to have problems with that, but otherwise I definitely recommend this as a conditioner.

I have dry natural hair and have been looking for a good leave- in. Tried a few and they all leave residue or weigh my hair down but Giovanni is just PERFECT.

I wash my hair every other day, and when I get out of the shower I use this and Giovanni Hair Styling Foam. My kinky/curly hair has never been happier! It is actually curly, and I can run my finger through my hair and not create mega frizz. Love this brand--I will never have to "try" anything new again. I have had many bad experiences with products and brands, and some of those I spent waaaayyy too much money on. And this stuff doesn't smell at all--no fragrance that I can detect.

This is a good, environmentally-responsible brand, but the leave-in conditioner is not a good replacement for the ones I like but can't get anymore (Aveda Elixir is one). I just don't find that it adds any shine or manageability. I used it on damp hair that I like to let air-dry.

I am naturalnista meaning I am an African-American woman with natural hair. My hair is void any of chemicals/products like relaxesr used for straightening hair. I decided to try this product because it has been the rave on many of the natural hair blogs and youtube videos I frequent. Although, I hear they changed the mixture of the conditioner...I love it!!! This product has become a staple of my hair routine.
